The 2016 Hyundai Accent is available in two trim levels: the SE sedan and hatchback, and the Sport hatchback. All Accents have a 1.6L 4-cylinder engine that makes 138 horsepower. The engine is mated to a standard 6-speed manual or an optional 6-speed automatic transmission. MacPherson struts are used in front and a torsion beam suspension is used in the rear. The SE 4-door sedan rides on 14-inch wheels and comes relatively well equipped with a 6-way manually adjustable seat, power windows, mirrors and locks, one-touch triple-flash turn signals, sliding sun visors, a driver's side blind spot mirror, center armrest with cup holders, seatback pockets, illuminated vanity mirrors, a sunglass holder, air conditioning, a trip computer and a 6-speaker CD and MP3 player. The SE hatchback also includes heated outside mirrors and a rear wiper. The Sport adds 16-inch alloy wheels with performance tires, rear disc brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, fog lights and projector headlights with LED accents.
